Consultation on Revenue Rulings

The SRO utilises its Revenue Rulings system to publish and disseminate decisions on the interpretation of the legislation it administers.

The SRO consults stakeholders during the development of Revenue Rulings and welcomes comments on draft Rulings. 

Below is a list of Revenue Rulings currently under development. Draft Revenue Rulings that are open for external consultation can be accessed by clicking on the relevant links in the table below.  Comments can be forwarded to consultation@sro.vic.gov.au
