If you wish to pay your tax or duty in person, or if you
have a question about any Victorian tax or duty and would
like more information, please visit us at our Customer Service Centre.
Note: Payments made in person must be by either cash or cheque as EFT and credit card facilities are not available.

Our services:
The assessment of duty and the collection of associated
revenue
Customers can make payments for all revenue
lines
Customers are issued with specific tickets depending
on the type of transaction and the number of documents
We keep a supply of current SRO
publications, as well as tax and duty related forms.
Busiest days:
Tuesday to Thursday
The busiest times are:
Monday and Tuesday - 10am to 3pm
Wednesday - 10am to 1pm
Thursday and Friday - 10am to 3pm
We recommend customers
with more than 10 documents to visit the centre around 9.00am.
