E-Business online services allow customers to apply for Land Tax Clearance Certificates on

Turnaround times will be significantly
reduced in most cases, however if automatching by the SRO
system does not occur, processing may take up to 10 working
days. Once processed, the Land Tax Clearance Certificate will be
emailed directly back to the customer. If you have a problem

Please note: Land Tax Clearance Certificates cost $15.00 for online applications and $20.00 for paper-based applications
