Use Duties Online (DOL), a free lodgement service, for all duty transactions.
All payments and refund applications should be mailed to GPO Box 1641, Melbourne 3001. Alternatively, submit the documents to our drop-off box at 121 Exhibition Street.
Online refund applications will be available from mid-2016.
