If you conduct duty transactions with the State Revenue Office (SRO), then we'd like to hear from you. We are currently looking at ways to make it easier for customers to do business with us by improving and streamlining our document lodgement services.

As part of this initiative we are reviewing our Evidentiary Requirements Manual, a web-based customer reference guide that outlines the supporting evidence required for each duty transaction.
