Digital duties form launches in July


We’re streamlining the way you complete land transfer duty forms to make it easier for you to do business with us.

From 1 July 2017, many of our paper-based land transfer duty forms will be merged into a single all-in-one digital duties form.

This means no longer needing wet signatures or storing forms. Instead, forms will be signed digitally in real time by the vendor and purchaser to significantly streamline the settlement process.

The majority of this is pre-populated into your Duties Online transaction, giving you a faster, more agile assessing process that saves you time by reducing duplication and data inconsistencies. And if it’s a complex transaction, you’ll be able to link the digital form to your lodgement without the need to scan and load paper copies of forms.

The digital duties form launches on 19 June, and will be mandatory for all contracts entered into on or after 1 July.
