Handy app for first-home buyers

Before you start house-hunting, download our first-home buyer app to help you calculate any eligible grants and concessions you can claim in Victoria.

The app is free, easy to use and available for both iPhone (from the Apple Store) and Android (from Google Play). Find it by searching “SRO Mobile State Revenue Office Victoria” on your phone.

Concessions on stamp duty include for buying a property intended as your primary home, for pensioners and for off-the-plan developments. The First Home Owner Grant  is available for new homes valued up to $750,000.

All duty concessions and the FHOG are based on your eligibility and the value of your purchase.
