A commonly asked question by people receiving an email request from their representative to sign the Digital Duties Form is why the system rejects their birth date and won't let them sign the form.

In most cases, the reason for this is that the person's representative, who created the form, has incorrectly entered their client's birth date within the digital form. This is a common error.

If this happens to you when you are asked to sign the Digital Duties Form, contact your representative and ask them to check the form and make sure they have entered your correct birth date.

Once they edit the form to correct your birth date, they can send you a new email requesting you to sign the form.
