Improving Duties Online

From 23 March 2020, it will be easier to find the information you need in Duties Online thanks to a new home screen that:

• Displays transactions due to settle in the next 10 days and their status. 
• Allows you to filter the displayed transactions by status.
• Enables you to search for Digital Duties Forms by the form ID or client reference.
• Includes ‘quick links’ to the most popular pages.

The home screen has been informed by feedback from conveyancers and property lawyers.

This enhancement doesn’t change the way you process transactions, and the menu options along the top of the screen remain the same.
