Land tax relief for commercial landlords announced

The Victorian Government today announced it will introduce new legislation to provide rent relief to commercial tenants through the Commercial Tenancy Relief Scheme.

As part of this, eligible landlords will receive coronavirus land tax relief of up to 25%, which will be additional to any previous relief they have received.
