The SRO has released the latest quarterly data on the top 10 postcodes, based on volumes, for First Home Owner Grants (FHOG) paid in regional Victoria, metropolitan Melbourne, and Victoria overall.

This data covers the period from 1 April 2015 to 30 June 2015.

Hoppers Crossing, Tarneit, Truganina (postcode 3029) scraped into top spot with 178 grants, edging out Cranbourne, Botanic Ridge, Cannons Creek, Devon Meadows and Skye (3977) on 177 grants. In third place is the Craigeburn, Donnybrook, Kalkallo, Mickleham, and Roxburgh Park postcode (3064) on 127 grants, while Doreen and Mernda (3754) come in with 105 grants to take fourth spot.

The data is also available for various periods since the inception of the FHOG scheme in July 2000. The year-to-date data will continue to be updated on a quarterly basis.
