Paying land tax and vacant residential land tax by instalment

Eligible land tax customers and all vacant residential land tax customers can now pay in instalments using AutoPay online.

AutoPay allows land tax customers to pay over 38 weeks and vacant residential land tax customers to pay over 17 weeks. Payments can be scheduled:

• Fortnightly,
• Monthly, or
• In four equal instalments

AutoPay is available if:

• Your liability is $100 or more,
• You are a vacant residential land tax customer, or
• You are a land tax customer who has AutoPay information displayed on your assessment notice, as shown below.

We are planning to make AutoPay available to all land tax customers in 2019.
