- AutoPay is listed as an option on your assessment notice.
Trust accounts that can only make payments via electronic funds transfer or cheque cannot use AutoPay.

2. Log in to AutoPay
Log in using the customer number and assessment number on your assessment notice.
In accessing AutoPay, you agree to the terms of use.
3. Choose your instalment frequency
- Current assessments: fortnightly, monthly or 4 equal payments.
- Overdue assessments: fortnightly, monthly or a single payment.
The minimum instalment amount is $20.
4. Choose your payment method and reminder
Payments can be made via:
- direct debit from your bank account
- Visa debit or credit card

A card payment fee of 0.45% applies to all credit card and debit card transactions.
You can choose to receive an email reminder 3 days before each payment is due. If your assessment is overdue, these reminders are automatic.
View your payment plan
Once you have created a payment plan, you can view it by logging in to AutoPay. You can also access this information via the ‘View and pay assessments’ option after logging into your My Land Tax account.
Edit or cancel your payment plan
Once your payment plan has been set up, payment dates are locked in and cannot be changed.
But before the ‘Pay in full’ date listed on your assessment notice, you can cancel the existing plan and create a new one.
To cancel a payment plan for an overdue amount, please call us on 13 21 61.
Change your contact details
After you create a payment plan, log in to AutoPay and select ‘View and update’ on the relevant payment plan.
Your new contact details will only be used for AutoPay purposes. If you want to change your contact details for other taxes and levies, you need to complete our change of contact details form.
Setting up a new payment plan
As your tax liability can change each year, you must log in to AutoPay each year to create a new payment plan.
