Our aim is to assist people in meeting their state tax obligations. We support and encourage individuals and businesses to tell us if they haven’t met their obligations.
We treat voluntary disclosures more favourably, with significant penalty discounts, than when we identify non-compliance through investigations.
Tip-offs
We follow up on cases where people fail to meet their tax or grant obligations. Penalties and legal action may result from our investigations.
You can tip us off about another person or business if you see non-compliance.
We review all matters reported to us.
You can make an anonymous tip-off. Our privacy policy and secrecy provisions protect your details and the information you provide.
