Claim a congestion levy concession

Steps and information needed to claim a concession online. 

Background information

Use these steps to claim a congestion levy concession for eligible parking spaces. 

For concession types and eligibility requirements, see concessions for the congestion levy.

Step 1: Gather required information

You need this information to complete the concession claim form:

  • The address of the spaces you are claiming a concession for.
  • The number of days you are claiming a concession for.
  • The reason you are claiming a concession.
  • Business details if applicable, including your Australian Business Number, Australian Company Number or State Revenue Office customer number.

Step 2: Complete your claim form

Complete the concession claim form online.

Complete a separate claim form for each premises.

Step 3: Submit your claim form

If you are claiming a concession through your annual return, attach your completed claim form when you lodge your annual return.

If you are the owner of a parking space in a public car park, give your completed claim form to the registered car park operator. The operator must submit it as part of their annual return.
