Genesys Cloud (chatbot and live chat)

Genesys Cloud, a third-party software supplier, is used to administer chatbot and live chat services on parts of our website. Cookies are used to help these services operate effectively. When you use the internet, an Internet Protocol (IP) address is assigned to your device by your internet service provider. A record of your IP address is stored with your chat session to help manage cyber-security risks.
