Pay your congestion levy assessment

Pay in full or in instalments

We mail levy assessments in mid-March. You can pay in full or in equal quarterly instalments. 

Due dates appear on your assessment notice. Paying by the due date avoids interest charges.

Payment options:

• BPAY: Use your bank’s app or website. Enter the biller code and reference number from your notice. Payments may take up to 3 days to clear.
• Credit card: Pay online using Visa or Mastercard. A card payment fee of 0.45% applies.
• Electronic funds transfer: You can transfer your payment online from your cheque or savings account. Our bank account details are on your assessment.

Overdue assessments

If you want to pay an overdue assessment, you can apply online for a payment plan of up to 12 months.
