Types of enquiries
For any queries about insolvencies, email insolvency@sro.vic.gov.au.
This includes:
- notifications of appointment
- lodging and substantiating recovery of alleged unfair preference payments
- declaring dividend in the administration.
We will email you when your matter is assigned to a member of our team.
Information requests
If you are an insolvency practitioner and need information to assist with your investigations, you need to submit a Freedom of Information (FOI) request.
Payroll tax
If you are an insolvency practitioner trading on a business, you still need to fulfil the business’ payroll tax obligations. You can self-manage payroll tax through PTX Express.
