We hold Tattersalls, Intralot and TAB winnings that have remained unclaimed for 12 months or more.

  1. Confirm ticket requirements

    To submit a claim for your prizes or winnings, your ticket/s must be:

    • more than 12 months old
    • purchased in Victoria
    • not registered on a card issued by Tattersalls or Intralot.

     

  2. Submit your ticket

    You need to submit your original ticket/s to us with your name, postal address, phone number and email address clearly printed on the back of each ticket. Include a covering letter with your ticket/s detailing your bank account name, BSB and account number so that your unclaimed money can be paid by electronic funds transfer (EFT). 

    If you only send a copy of your ticket/s, we will write back to you requesting the original.

    You should keep a photocopy of each ticket individually for your records. Make sure all ticket details on your copies are legible.

    A claim can be submitted from anywhere in Australia as long as the ticket/s was purchased in Victoria.

Next Steps

Once your claim has been reviewed, you will receive correspondence confirming any winnings.

Any winnings will be paid via EFT. If EFT details have not been provided, a cheque will be issued.
