Update your contact details

Land tax

• If you are registered for My Land Tax, you can update your contact details easily online.
• If you are not registered or need to authorise a representative to interact with us on your behalf, you can complete our change of contact details form.
• If you have set up a payment plan, you also need to update your details in the AutoPay portal. Select ‘View and update’ on the relevant payment schedule.

Payroll tax

• Update your contact details or add yourself as a contact for your client in PTX Express.

Land transfer duty

• Conveyancers should update their details in Duties Online.

Vacant residential land tax

• Update your details in the vacant residential land tax portal.
• You must also update your contact details in My Land Tax.
• If you have set up a payment plan, you also need to update your details in the AutoPay portal. Select ‘View and update’ on the relevant payment schedule.

Commercial passenger vehicle service levy

• Log in to the commercial passenger vehicle services levy portal and select ‘Update your details’ in the ‘Your details’ section.

Congestion levy

• Car park owners or operators (or authorised representatives) should complete the congestion levy form to change owner or operator details.

Wagering and betting tax

• Update your details in the wagering and betting tax portal.

Other taxes and services

• Complete the change of contact details form.
