Options and instructions for payment after an acquisition.

To avoid a tax default, penalty tax and interest, landholder duty must be paid within 30 days after a relevant acquisition.

You can pay by EFT or cheque.

Electronic funds transfer (EFT)

You can transfer your payment to us online directly from your cheque or savings account.

If paying by EFT, please quote the word 'LAB' and payer's name as the relevant reference number for your payment.
