Cancel your keno tax registration
If you are registered for keno tax but your circumstances change and you are no longer liable for keno tax and do not expect to incur any liability in the future, you must advise us.
Within 14 days of no longer being liable for the tax, you must: :
- notify us by email, and
- submit a final return.

If you believe you are no longer liable for keno tax and do not expect to incur any liability in the future, you must notify us by email.

Lodge your final return and make any outstanding payments
Follow the normal process to lodge your final return and make any outstanding payments within 14 days of no longer being liable for keno tax.
