Executive Director – Business Revenue and Customer Services
Corrie Thomas joined the State Revenue Office in December 2011 as the Executive Director of Operations before leading Strategy, Transformation and Customer Experience then returning to the helm of the Operations Division.
In August 2023, Operations split into 2 Divisions – Business Revenue and Customer Services, headed by Corrie, and Land Revenue Services.
This allows Corrie to focus on Business Revenue and Customer Services, working to ensure our customers and their representatives are satisfied with our services.
Before joining the State Revenue Office, Corrie held a variety of management roles across operations and human resources at ANZ.
Corrie has a Bachelor of Arts/Business Management, a Bachelor of Science (Honours) and a Master of Business Administration.
