Nomination of designated group employer

What is the purpose of this form?

This form is to be used by a group of companies wanting to nominate a member of the group as the designated group employer to claim the Victorian payroll tax threshold entitlement or to replace a previous nomination.

Any previous nominations or designations will be revoked from the effective date.

Who can complete this form?

This form should be completed by the Designated Group Employer or their authorised representative. Only one member of a group (Designated Group Employer) can claim the Victorian payroll tax statutory threshold entitlement.
