Christmas-New Year closure from 5pm 24 December 2020 to 8.30am 4 January 2021

Our customer service centre, which responds to calls, including to our 13 21 61 phone number, is closing over the Christmas-New Year period.

The centre will close from 5pm on Thursday 24 December 2020 and reopen at 8.30am on Monday 4 January 2021.

During this time, you will still be able to contact us online. 

Our online systems will also be available throughout the holiday period and our website has a range of comprehensive information and tools to assist you, including: 

• information about taxes, duties and grants,
• calculators,
• payment options,
• ‘how to’ videos.
