We are pleased to present the State Revenue Office Victoria Annual Review 2019-20, which highlights achievements as we strive to provide the most efficient and effective revenue service for the benefit of all Victorians.
Our annual review provides information, and statistics, on:
- the revenue we have collected to fund schools, hospitals, police, roads, public transport and other government services and priorities
- the range of grants, exemptions and concessions, including those assisting people to buy their own homes, such as the First Home Owner Grant and land transfer (stamp) duty reductions, that we have administered
- the support we have provided Victorians impacted by both the summer bushfires and then the coronavirus pandemic — we administered a range of tax and fee relief measures, including those related to land tax, payroll tax, motor vehicle duty, stamp duty, and liquor licences.
It also includes information about our people and our 2019-20 financial statements, and is interactive and easy to read.
Full financial reports and other annual reporting requirements appear in the Department of Treasury and Finance 2019-20 Annual Report.
