How we reward you

What we pay you
We offer competitive salaries, with most staff eligible for additional annual progression payments through their PDPPs.
Staff conditions, including pay rates, are in the current Victorian Public Service Enterprise Agreement 2016. We also comply with the National Fair Work Employment Standards.
We make compulsory employer contributions (currently equal to 9.5 per cent of your salary) into your nominated complying superannuation fund or default industry fund VicSuper. You can also make extra contributions to your superannuation before or after tax is deducted.
