New online payroll tax forms

As part of the SRO’s efforts to save customers time, the following paper-based payroll tax forms have been replaced with online SmartForms:

• Nomination of designated group employer - PTA-Form-02
• Employment agency contracts declaration by exempt client - PTA-Form-03
• Employment agency contracts chain of on-hire declaration - PTA-Form-04
• Application for exclusion from grouping - PTA-Form-05

Some SmartForms can be submitted electronically, while others need to be printed, signed and submitted. 

The old paper-based forms will not be accepted beyond 1 June 2017.
