The SRO’s Reception Desk and document lodgement drop-off box have now closed permanently.

Please use our expanded online customer lodgement services to electronically lodge and pay all transfers of land and declarations of trust.

Conveyancing industry

Regular lodgers involved in the conveyancing industry should apply to use Duties Online (DOL).

Individuals

Members of the public who choose not to use a DOL registered user (such as their solicitor or conveyancer) can lodge after completing a simple registration process.
