We’ll help you understand what you may be eligible for, including:
- land transfer (stamp) duty exemptions, concessions and reductions for first home buyers
- the First Home Owner Grant if you’re buying or building a new home
- duty concessions for off-the-plan properties.
The session also covers the ongoing obligations you should be aware of when you own a home.
