Claim Tatts, Intralot and TAB winnings over 12 months old.

Step 1: Confirm ticket requirements

To claim your winnings or prizes, your ticket must be:

  • more than 12 months old
  • purchased in Victoria
  • not registered on a card issued by Tattersalls or Intralot.

Step 2: Submit your ticket

Send us your original ticket with your name, postal address, phone number and email address clearly printed on the back. Include a letter with:

  • your bank account name
  • BSB
  • account number.

This allows us to pay your claim by electronic funds transfer (EFT). We can only pay to Australian bank accounts.

If you only send a copy of your ticket, we will ask you to send the original.

You should keep a photocopy of each ticket for your records. Make sure all ticket details on your copies are readable.

Next steps

We review your claim within 30 days of receipt and will send you a letter confirming any winnings.

Payments are made by EFT. If you have not provided EFT details, we will issue a cheque.
