Victorian Budget 2025–26

The Victorian Budget 2025–26 included one measure that impacts legislation administered by the SRO.

On 14 May 2025, the Victorian Government announced a 12-month extension of the temporary off-the-plan duty concession, subject to Parliament making this law. This is likely to be in late June 2025.
