You can quickly and easily reset your password via Duties Online

From the login screen, select 'Reset your password' next to the password box and enter a temporary password of your choice into the 'Activation password' field, along with your username and email address.

Check your inbox for an email from us and follow the link provided.

Enter your temporary activation password, then create and confirm a new login password to access Duties Online.
