Christmas-New Year phone closure
Our customer service centre – which responds to incoming calls, including to our 13 21 61 phone number – is closing over the Christmas-New Year period.

The centre will be closed from 3 pm on Tuesday 24 December 2024 until 8:30 am on Thursday 2 January 2025.
During this time, you can still contact us online.
Our online systems will also be available throughout the holiday period.
