We're refreshing the look of our portals
We are updating the header and footer of our portals over the coming months. After the change, you will notice a different look and feel.
Published on 8 October 2025Through customer research, we received feedback about the appearance of some portals. The header and footer are being updated to align with our new website, which is being launched later this year. The changes are to the look only and will not impact your login or how you use the portals.
PTX Express will be the first portal updated. The remaining portals will be updated over the coming months.
