AutoPay is a simple way to set up automatic payments for land tax and vacant residential land tax.
You can pay by direct debit from your bank account, Visa debit or credit card, or Mastercard.
For current assessments that are not overdue, you can choose fortnightly, monthly, or 4 equal payments.
To set up a payment plan, enter the customer number and assessment number from your land tax or vacant residential land tax assessment.
AutoPay will show the assessments eligible for a payment plan.
Select your payment frequency and payment method. You’ll then see your payment schedule, including payment amounts and debit dates.
Enter your contact details and accept the terms and conditions. If you want an email reminder before each scheduled payment, please select the reminder checkbox. Then select 'Next'.
Enter your payment details and select 'Submit'.
Once submitted, your payment plan is active. You can also download a copy of your payment schedule.
When you return to the AutoPay homepage, you’ll see your active payment plans.
On the AutoPay homepage, you can update your banking or contact details, download your payment schedule, or, if your assessment is not overdue, cancel and reinstate your payment plan.
