Get these details ready

You will need:

• your state licence number
• your Australian Business Number
• your name, trading name and addresses of licensed premises
• the month or quarter the claim relates to
• the subsidy amount you are claiming for low alcohol wine, cellar door and mail-order sales, and applications to own use
• your bank account details, including account name, BSB and account number.

It is an offence to provide false or misleading information or documents.
