Reset your PTX Express password
Follow these steps to reset your PTX Express password.
Steps to reset your password
- Go to the PTX Express login screen.
- Select 'Forgotten your password?’.
- Enter your customer ID and email address.
- Answer only one security question (answering more than one question will stop you from proceeding).
- Select 'Reset My Password'.
A new password will be emailed to you.
