Victorian Homebuyer Fund closed to new participants

The Victorian Homebuyer Fund has closed to new participants.

Launched in October 2021 to initially support over 3000 Victorians into home ownership, the fund has now assisted more than 16,100 to buy a home, with over 2000 more approved to purchase.

If you're already participating in the fund, your agreement remains in place. There are a range of ongoing obligations you are required to continue to fulfil, including an annual review. For support or more information, visit our website. 

If you are looking to purchase, you will soon be able to access the Commonwealth Government’s Help to Buy scheme.
