Applewood v Commissioner of State Revenue, [2006] VSCA 207
This was a Land Tax matter which was heard by the Court of Appeal. A decision was handed down on 11 October 2006 in favour of the Commissioner.
The issue was whether the whole of the land was exempt from land tax under section 9(1)(j) of the Land Tax Act 1958.
