This was a matter concerning the Duties Act 2000 which was heard by the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal. A decision was handed down on 16 June 2008 in favour of the Commissioner. The issue in this matter concerned s.24(1)(c) and s.24(2) of the Duties Act 2000.
