Commissioner of State Revenue v Harrison [2006] VSC 227
This was a first home owner grant matter which was heard by the Supreme Court. A decision was handed down on 28 June 2006 against the Commissioner.
The issue was whether the applicant, being a beneficiary of a deceased estate was entitled to the grant.
