Dooley v Commissioner of State Revenue, unreported
This was a first home owner grant matter which was heard by the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal. A decision was handed down on 29 June 2006 in favour of the Commissioner.
The issue was whether the applicants met the prior relevant interest requirement in s.11 of the First Home Owner Grant Act 2000.
