Last night, the SRO was recognised at the 2026 Customer Contact Week Excellence Awards, winning Best Government Contact Centre of the Year and being named a finalist for Best AI Project of the Year.

This national award recognises the outstanding work of our people in supporting Victorians through significant change and sustained peak demand, while continuing to deliver high‑quality service.

The AI finalist recognition reflects the thoughtful introduction of Voice Activated Call Routing, helping customers reach the right place faster while supporting staff.
