BPAY View service changes

From 30 November 2026, land tax assessments will no longer be delivered through BPAY View.

It is important to note that payment options are not changing. This only changes how land tax assessments are delivered.

Customers who currently receive their land tax assessment/s via BPAY View should: 

• download any previous land tax assessments they wish to keep before 30 November 2026
• register for My Land Tax to view, download and pay future assessments, update property ownership information, apply for land tax exemptions, track the progress of enquiries, and update their contact details for land tax.

Customers who do not register for My Land Tax by 30 November 2026 will receive future land tax assessments by post. To ensure delivery, the postal address held for land tax should be confirmed or updated.
