SRO recognised at Auscontact awards
The State Revenue Office has been recognised as a finalist in 2 categories at the 2026 Auscontact Victoria/Tasmania State Excellence Awards.

We were one of just 3 finalists nominated for the:
- Contact Centre of the Year, acknowledging excellence across all areas of the contact centre
- Customer Experience Initiative of the Year – Digital Transformation, showcasing digital projects that have improved the customer experience.
