Update your details in PTX Express
The 2025–26 payroll tax annual reconciliation is fast approaching and is due to be lodged and paid by 21 July 2026.
Published on 16 April 2026Updating your records in PTX Express before the annual reconciliation opens in June can help make the process simpler when it’s time to lodge.
In PTX Express, select the ‘Update Your Records’ tab to check and update your:
- employer details, including legal name, employer type and wage estimates, and to advise if you have stopped employing
- contact details, including adding, removing or updating contact names, phone numbers and email addresses
- mailing address details
- trading address details.
