Did you know the State Revenue Office offers free education sessions to help you understand Victorian taxes, duties and grants?

We run regular live presentations on a range of topics. There are options for individuals and professionals, both in-person and online. Our education sessions are designed to make complex information easier to understand. Registration is free.

Here’s how to register for an online webinar.

Go to sro.vic.gov.au/events.

You’ll see a list of upcoming sessions, with the topic, date and time.

You can also filter by tax, levy or grant, or choose the format – an online webinar or an in-person seminar.

Select a session to see the details, including what you’ll learn.

When you’re ready, choose a session and select ‘Book now’.

Enter your name and email address, then select ‘Register’.

That’s it – you’re registered for an online webinar. 

You’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need for the day.

It’s easy to attend an online webinar from your computer or mobile device. On the day, open the link from your email or calendar invite a few minutes before the session starts.

Whether you’re a property owner, a home buyer, a business owner, or you just want to understand your obligations, these webinars are a simple way to get clear, reliable information straight from the State Revenue Office.
