A transfer to a corporation within the meaning of section 3 of the Transport Integration Act 2010.
Evidence
If the capacity of the transferee is not evident from the transfer:
- The Digital Duties Form.
- Documentary evidence to support that the transferee is the Minister administering the Transport Integration Act 2010.
Lodgement
Lodge 30 days prior to settlement as a complex transaction via the 'Retrieve & Claim ELNO Lodgement (Electronic Transfer)' queue in Duties Online.
