Reset your PTX Express password

Steps to reset your password

1. Go to the PTX Express login screen.
2. Select 'Forgotten your password?’.
3. Enter your customer ID and email address.
4. Answer only one security question (answering more than one question will stop you from proceeding).
5. Select 'Reset My Password'.

A new password will be emailed to you.
